An Analytical Information System and a Human Resource Management platform were developed for the Azerbaijan Investment Company. The main goal of the project is the digitalization of the company’s internal processes, enhanced analytical reporting for decision-making, and efficient management of human resources. Through the developed systems, all HR operations, including employee data management, performance evaluation, and workforce planning, were automated. As a result of the project, resource optimization, increased employee productivity, and secure data management were achieved within the company.
